Asset Management Reporting System (AMRS)

MHDC’s Asset Management Reporting System (AMRS) is MHDC’s property data collection system that assists Asset Management staff with the overall monitoring of physical, financial, and compliance data that is required per each development’s LURA and/or Regulatory Agreement.

Owner/Agents are required to use AMRS to submit development occupancy, utility allowance, budget, financial statement, compliance exhibits, and management certification data.  In addition, all rent increase, owner distribution, and reserve requests must be submitted in the AMRS system for MHDC staff to process.   

The AMRS systems allows the owner/agent to access executed documents such as Schedule II’s and Management Agent Certification letters
