Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) works with many state and federal partners to further the mission of affordable housing. MHDC also develops and provides resources to the community to better understand housing needs and gaps to inform its program administration, including the Five-Year Strategic Plan for Affordable Housing for Missouri and the Missouri Homeless Study.
