Consolidated Planning

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the state of Missouri to publish a “Consolidated Plan” every five years and an Action Plan every year outlining how it intends to administer federal housing funds. The Consolidated Plan covers the following HUD programs administered by the state: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, National Housing Trust Fund (HTF), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).

If you have input you would like considered for the Consolidated Plan, or if you have questions about the process, please contact us.
