The HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) program was created in 2021 to address the need for homeless assistance and supportive services. The program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is available to state and participating local jurisdictions. The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is administering Missouri statewide HOME-ARP allocation of approximately $45 million.
Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is seeking comment on the required allocation plan outlining the use of federal HOME Investment Partnerships Program-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for qualified populations.
