Applications submitted in response to the FY2026 Multifamily Rental Production NOFA will be required to submit application information through two methods: (1) ShareFile upload of electronic documents and (2) MAAP online submission.  Please note the following submission deadlines:

1. ShareFile Submission Due Date:  Wednesday, September 17, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
2. MAAP Submission Deadline:  Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST

Multifamily Application & Administration Portal (MAAP) is MHDC’s web-based system for the online submission and management of Multifamily Rental Production applications and processes.
