Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) approves the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP), which governs the use of MHDC resources, including LIHTC, and associated Notice of Funding Availability on an annual basis.
MHDC is soliciting public input on topics under consideration for the development of the 2028 QAP. Interested parties may submit written comments to QAP@mhdc.com. Proposed revisions to the QAP are anticipated to be published in July 2026.
