Information on the Operating Assistance Program and application process can be found here. The Operating Assistance Program Application will open on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, at 9:00 a.m.
MHDC recommends that interested parties attend the Application Webinar and review the OAP Application and Submission Guidance prior to the application start date.
