The purpose of this hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment on the applications received in response to MHDC’s 2027 Multifamily Rental Production Application Notice of Funding Availability. During this hearing, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to any application received in response to the NOFA. Written comments on applications received can be emailed to application@mhdc.com and must be received by 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2026.
