Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is currently accepting stakeholder feedback regarding proposed changes MHDC’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The proposed Draft and Redline Version 2028 QAP can be found on MHDC’s Website.
MHDC will hold a webinar to detail the proposed revisions to the QAP on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CST. Participants of the webinar will be in listen-only mode. Registration for the webinar is required to participate.
Comments on the draft QAP will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2026. Written comments can be submitted to qap@mhdc.com. A public hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026, to receive verbal public comments. During the public hearing, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to the Draft 2028 QAP. Registration for the webinar is required to participate. The Final 2028 QAP will be presented to MHDC’s Board of Commissioners at an upcoming Board meeting.
