Home Repair Opportunity (HeRO) Program

As the HOME program Administrator for the state of Missouri, MHDC uses a portion of its annual HOME allocation for home repair of income qualifying single-family homeowners to complete non-cosmetic home repair through the Home Repair Opportunity (HeRO) Program. Funds are allocated annually to sub-recipient agencies through a Notice of Funding Availability. 

MHDC does not award funds directly to households. Interested households should contact a participating agency to apply for the program.  For a list of agencies and contact information, click on the link below.
