The Rent & Income Limit Calculator© will calculate IRC Section 42(i)(3)(A) low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) rent and income limits for every Missouri county and metropolitan statistical area (MSA.) It is important to note that the determination of maximum income and rent limits is complex, and the use of a Compliance Professional is highly recommended.

These income limits are effective as of 05/15/2023.

**Please Note: The HOME, CDBG, NSP, and HTF programs are NOT covered by these limits. These program limits are published by HUD-CPD (HOME Investment Partnerships Program) and generally follow in a month or two.  Similarly, Rural Development programs have limits based on HUD's limits, but are effective at a time RD assigns.
