The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is considering requests for funding in response to Round 3: 4% Low-income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
During the public hearing, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to the applications received. The public hearing will start promptly at the scheduled time. The webinar will remain open for public comment for a minimum of 10 minutes and will remain open as comments are received for a maximum of one (1) hour. Any interested party may register for the hearing to participate and submit written comments.
The public may also submit written comments to Missouri Housing Development Commission, by email to public.comment@mhdc.com or by mail to Attn: Affordable Housing, 1201 Walnut, Suite 1800, Kansas City, MO 64106. All public comments must be received by Friday, January 10, 2025, in order to be considered.
