MAAP Submission Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST (Updated 9/17/25)
The Missouri Housing Development Commission has set the application deadlines to receive funding for the production and preservation of affordable rental housing.
Applications submitted in response to the FY2026 Multifamily Rental Production NOFA will be required to submit application information through two methods: (1) ShareFile upload of electronic documents and (2) MAAP online submission. Please note the following submission deadlines:
- ShareFile Submission Due Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST (Deadline has expired)
- MAAP Submission Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
A complete application submitted through MAAP is required in addition to the submission of application documents submitted through ShareFile.
