- State Assistance for Housing Relief (SAFHR) Programs
The SAFHR Programs include emergency rental assistance, utility assistance and mortgage assistance available to renters and landlords. *SAFHR Rent and Utility assistance program closed January 31, 2023.
- SAFHR Mortgage Assistance Counseling Program (SAFHR-MAC)
SAFHR-MAC provides funding to agencies providing homeowner mortgage counseling services.
- SAFHR Housing Stability & Eviction Diversion (SAFHR-HSED)
SAFHR-HSED provides funding to agencies to assist and connect their communities with SAFHR program services.
- Covid-19 Relief Fund (CRF)
The CRF provides funds to communities to assist with Covid-19 related housing expenses.
- CARES Act Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG-CV) Program
The ESG-CV Program funds qualified non-profits in Missouri to assist with emergency shelter, street outreach, homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing.
- American Rescue Plan HOME Program (HOME ARP)
HOME ARP funds are designed to serve qualifying populations with affordable housing assistance.
