The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is currently soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding proposed changes to MHDC’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). MHDC will host a webinar to detail the proposed revisions to the QAP on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Participants of the webinar will be in listen-only mode. Registration for the webinar is required to participate.
Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to QAP@mhdc.com. Comments should be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, October 3, 2025.
The Draft 2027 QAP will be presented to MHDC’s Board of Commissioners at an upcoming Board meeting in October 2025.
