The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is currently soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding proposed changes to MHDC’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).
Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to QAP@mhdc.com. Comments should be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, October 3, 2025.
The Draft 2027 QAP will be presented to MHDC’s Board of Commissioners at an upcoming Board meeting in October 2025.
