Stakeholder Feedback for Draft 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding changes to MHDC’s Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). These changes are detailed in the following document:

Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to QAP@mhdc.com. Comments must be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. All public comments received by 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, May 24, 2024 will be included in a summary of feedback received to be posted to MHDC’s website on Tuesday, May 28, 2024.

MHDC will host a webinar to detail the proposed revisions to the QAP on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Participants of the webinar will be in listen-only mode. Registration for the webinar is required to participate.

The Draft 2025 QAP will be presented to MHDC’s Board of Commissioners at an upcoming Board meeting.
