The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding MHDC’s Draft 2025 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). These changes are detailed in the following document:

Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to QAP@mhdc.com. Comments must be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. Public comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
MHDC will host two (2) webinars to receive verbal comments on the Draft 2025 QAP on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 10:00 a.m and 6:00 p.m. During each public hearing, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to the Draft 2025 QAP. The webinars will remain open for public comment for a minimum of 10 minutes and will remain open as comments are received for a maximum of two (2) hours. Any interested party may register for the hearing to participate and submit written comments. Registration for the webinar is required to participate. Each webinar session requires separate registration.
