The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is soliciting feedback from interested parties regarding MHDC’s Draft 2026 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP). The proposed Draft 2026 QAP can be found here.
Written comments may be submitted directly to MHDC by email to QAP@mhdc.com. Comments should be provided within the body of the email and not as an attached document. Public comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
MHDC will host two webinars to receive verbal comments on the Draft 2026 QAP at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. During the public hearings, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to the Draft 2026 QAP.
The webinars will remain open for public comment for a minimum of 10 minutes or as comments are received for a maximum of two (2) hours. Any interested party may register for the hearings to participate and submit written comments. Registration for the webinars is required to participate. Each webinar session requires separate registration.
