The Missouri Housing Development Commission will hold "office hours" as part of the release of the Multifamily Application & Administration Portal (MAAP). MAAP is MHDC’s web-based system for the online submission and management of Multifamily Rental Production applications.
Applications submitted in response to the FY2026 Multifamily Rental Production NOFA will be required to submit application information through two methods: (1) ShareFile upload of electronic documents and (2) MAAP online submission. Applicants should plan to attend these events.

- Register for the MAAP Office Hours on October 6, 2025, at 10 a.m. here.
Please note the following submission deadlines:
- ShareFile Submission Due Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
- MAAP Submission Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
