The Missouri Housing Development Commission has scheduled a live walkthrough and monthly office hours as part of the release of the Multifamily Application & Administration Portal (MAAP). MAAP is MHDC’s web-based system for the online submission and management of Multifamily Rental Production applications. The Live Walkthough will introduce MAAP as well as provide guidance on sign-up and registration.
Applications submitted in response to the FY2026 Multifamily Rental Production NOFA will be required to submit application information through two methods: (1) ShareFile upload of electronic documents and (2) MAAP online submission. Applicants should plan to attend these events.

Application deadlines will be available after the final 2026 QAP and NOFA are approved by MHDC’s Board of Commissioners.
