The Missouri Department of Economic Development has conducted the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for FY2022 and has posted the CAPER for public comment. The CAPER tracks the performance of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and the National Housing Trust Fund (HTF).
The CAPER measures the annual progress these programs make in meeting objectives noted in the 2018-2022 5-year Consolidated Plan: providing decent, affordable housing, a suitable living environment, and economic opportunities.
The FY2022 CAPER has been completed and uploaded to the CDBG Program webpage and is now available for public comment. To view the FY2022 CAPER, click here.
Comments will be recorded on the FY2022 CAPER once the public comment period has ended. The comment period will be open for 15 days, from June 8, 2023, through June 23, 2023.
