Federal 4% LIHTC Round 3 Public Hearing

The Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC) is considering requests for funding in response to the 4% Low-income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFAs). The public hearing will be held virtually via GoToWebinar on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. During the hearing, MHDC staff will accept and record public comments pertaining to the applications received.
