The Missouri Housing Development Commission has set the date of Wednesday, July 30, 2025, for the 2026 Rental Production Application Workshop at Stoney Creek Hotel Kansas City in Independence, MO. Anyone planning to submit an application in response to the 2026 Rental Production NOFA should attend this event.
Please note the following submission deadlines:
- ShareFile Submission Due Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
- MAAP Submission Deadline: Friday, October 10, 2025 @ 5:00 p.m. CST
