Operating Assistance Program Application Webinar

The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for MHDC’s Operating Assistance Program (OAP) is now available on MHDC’s website. Information on the Operating Assistance Program and application process can be found here. The Operating Assistance Program Application will open on Tuesday, September 01, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. 

MHDC recommends that interested parties attend the Application Webinar and review the OAP Application and Submission Guidance prior to the application start date.
